Attorney Alperen Kolay completed his secondary education at Fethiye Ömer Özyer Anatolian Teacher Training High School and pursued his legal education at the Faculty of Law of Marmara University, graduating in June 2021.

He completed his mandatory legal internship in Fethiye in 2022. Following the acquisition of his attorney’s license, he fulfilled his compulsory military service at Dalaman Air Base Command with the rank of Lieutenant.

Since 2025, Attorney Alperen Kolay has been practicing at Özkaya Law Office. He has gained practical experience in various areas of private law, primarily Commercial Law, Enforcement Law, Criminal Law, Individual Applications before the Constitutional Court, and Labor Law. In this context, he actively takes part in litigation proceedings, enforcement processes, and legal consultancy services.

During his university education, he played an active role in several student clubs and attended numerous seminars and professional events contributing to his legal development. Proficient in English, Attorney Alperen Kolay adopts a disciplined, solution-oriented approach that prioritizes client needs in his professional practice.
