Attorney Nilsera Özkaya completed her primary education at Private Ata Primary School and her secondary education at Fethiye Municipality Science High School. She successfully graduated from Koç University Faculty of Law and, following her graduation, completed her mandatory legal internship and commenced her legal practice.

During her internship and subsequent professional practice, she gained hands-on experience in various areas of private law, particularly Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Property Law, Inheritance Law, and Maritime Trade Law. Throughout this period, she actively provided legal consultancy and litigation services to both individuals and commercial legal entities.

In order to further her academic development, she successfully completed the Master’s Program in International Relations at Galatasaray University, strengthening her academic foundation particularly in areas requiring a multidisciplinary perspective, such as international commercial relations, cross-border legal transactions, and international economic transformations.

Following her postgraduate studies, she returned to Fethiye and established Özkaya Law & Consultancy in July 2025. Attorney Nilsera Özkaya continues her practice primarily in Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Criminal Law, Maritime Trade Law, Corporate Law, and Property Law, focusing on both commercial and individual disputes.

In her professional work, grounded in the principles of the rule of law, a solution-oriented approach, and client-focused service, Attorney Nilsera Özkaya aims to provide reliable and effective legal support to clients operating at both national and international levels.
