Attorney Rabia Zeynep Deveci graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law at Gazi University in 2017. During her university education, she attended numerous academic conferences and professional events and actively participated in the International Law Society within the university.

Attorney Rabia Zeynep Deveci commenced her legal internship in September 2017, focusing particularly on Enforcement Law throughout her internship period. She also strengthened her professional foundation by attending attorney training programs organized by the Union of Turkish Bar Associations. As of February 2019, she successfully completed her mandatory legal internship and obtained her attorney’s license from the Ankara Bar Association.

Following the acquisition of her license, she moved to the United Kingdom to further pursue her academic and professional development at an international level. She successfully completed the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) program at The University of Law, thereby obtaining legal equivalency within the legal system of England and Wales. During her studies, she took an active role in the university’s International Students Society, contributing to the planning and organization of club activities.

While in the United Kingdom, she also worked as a legal assistant at Nido Solicitors, a foreign law firm, gaining practical experience in international legal practice.

Attorney Rabia Zeynep Deveci Dolanbay, who is professionally proficient in English, joined Özkaya Law & Consultancy upon her return to Türkiye. She continues her legal practice within the firm’s areas of expertise, primarily in Enforcement Law, Corporate Law, Criminal Law, Maritime Trade Law, and Insurance Law.
